The worst service. Do not get their services. Technician came to make a key for my husbands car that was stolen. 99 Ford Mustang and charged $355 and the key never turned on the car. At first he told me husband that the car probably didn’t have gas so my husbanding put gas and nothing. The he told him maybe somethiwas wrong with the car and have our mechanic check it, this happens 2 am. He told my husband if mechanic says nothing is wrong I will come tomorrow to check it again. My husband paid him even though the key never worked. Mechanic checked car 9am and we called and no answer from the technician. The number listed online did answer and keep telling us he is trying to reach him and contacting his manager. By 1pm we tow the car from where it was found to our home and even tow truck man said the theft alarm is still on that’s why motor only crancks and does not start. 4pm and I was told to call tomorrow because other technician don’t want to come for free. FREE, I payed $355 it was not free and he kept putting me on hold. I told him if I can get my money back and return the keys and he said they don’t have an address since they are mobile business. To call back tomorrow and speak to manager. My husband paid for it trusting the technician would come back and nothing. So upset how business can’t come up with a solution and say they can’t fix their screw up for FREE I have to pay them again to come and fix their horrible work.
